Throughout your day, from when you wake up to when you go to bed, your undergoing aerobic respiration.

Unless you partake in any strenuous activity, you probably get enough oxygen to supply your muscles with energy.

Aerobic

Respiration

When we get enough oxygen in our system, we undergo aerobic respiration.

If we don’t have oxygen then we do not under aerobic respiration.

Slow, moderate intensity exercises allows us to breath at a steady pace, meaning oxygen supplies will stay relatively high.

Within our cells are small factories called Organelles. Each organelle serves a specific function.

Mitochondria are the organelles responsible for Aerobic Respiration.
